In this Expressive Arts Workshop, you'll decide what issue, memory or thought that has caused you difficulty. Shellise will use guided imagery and an abundance of creative exercises to help you eliminate your stress. Her technique uses a highly creative process designed to enhance your well-being. You must commit to taking 4 sessions. Full workshop price is $110.00 which includes a $40.00 discount. Or you can take advantage of our payment plan and pay $75.00 before the 1st session and pay your 2nd payment of $75.00 within 15 days after the 1st session. Start any time. This Expressive Arts workshop concentrates on using art activities to discover obstacles that may be holding you back in life. We focus on problem solving and relaxation techniques to de-stress. The empahsis is not on producing a work of art, but an expression of your authentic self. Ongoing workshops consists of: 4 - 2 hour sessions. It covers basic color theory, colored pencils techniques, use of acrylic paint, and collage.
